She falls down and gets only slightly hurt. She realizes she needs to pray. God does save her after her confession and plea for help and forgiveness.
This story is probably the most important one you can give your child. To be born again as a child is so rewarding, helping them to realize they have a friend in Jesus and can call on him in times of need. They learn they are held accountable for their own actions. This story also teaches about not being prideful at another's expense. One final lesson is learned as Petal receives her faith and is in full bloom.
